North Carolina State University will soon be the new home for Macabi Haifa swimmer Gil Kiesler !
Kiesler swam the 400 freestyle (3:44.59) during the 2015 European Short Course Swimming Championships at the Wingate Institute in Netanya in front of the home crowd.
