Hi everyone!!! Does anyone have any experience comparing the Product Owner and Project Manager roles? I'm trying to figure out the difference between the two and their roles.

Yes, I have experience with both Product Owner and Project Manager. In a nutshell, the Product Owner focuses on determining what to develop and in what order. He or she is responsible for coming up with the product idea, managing the backlog, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring that the product being developed meets customer needs. On the other hand, the Project Manager is in charge of managing the development process: planning, controlling the timeline, resources and budget of the project. His job is to ensure that the project is delivered on time and on budget. If you are interested in learning more about this, I can recommend the article on the ROMTOS website, it details the difference between these roles and how they interact.
