Tito will replace Amir Naftali, who was CEO of the swimming association for the last three years, after chairman Simon Davidson and Naphtali have come together to understand the end of his job.
Tito holds a master's degree insports and management technology from the Institute of Sports Studies in Lausanne Switzerland, and a degree in economics and accounting from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Previously, he held a variety of positions in the Israeli sports world.
