On November 26, a management meeting of the Swimming Association was held, in which the new committees for the current term were elected, headed by chairman Adi Bichman. Also, coaches were appointed for the youth and cadet teams.
All the chairmen of the committees are professionals who come from the field of the committee to which they were elected - representatives in international committees, former swimmers, coaches, judges and more.
Noam Tzvi was elected to the position of acting chairman of the union, the deputy chairman of the union is Shai Shechner.
The coaches of the youth team were appointed Carmel Levitan (head coach), Yamit Liebster and Oren Malka. The cadet team: Pavel Pesin (head coach), Maayan Bochris and Raz Ben Shushan.

Professional committee: Adi Bichman (Chairman), Leonid Kaufman, Yaakov Tomarkin, Meir Levia, Alon Kimel, Mano Mai, Israel Weinchel.
Open Water Committee: Itzik Malol (Chairman), Dror Tamir, Amir Ofer, Uri Sela, Ze'ev Atzmon, Yelena Shokar.Artistic Swimming Committee: Yael Robichak (Chairman), Noam Zvi, Coral Ben Dayan, Natalie Lerman, Keren Mizrahi, Yulia Ingerman.
Finance Committee: Dan Butoin (Chairman), Shai Shechner, Ravid Simon, Adi Segal, Moshe Azovel.
Masters Committee: Guy Shmueli (Chairman), five representatives of Masters Associations - Eran Sussman, Mark Schwartzman, Yohai Lipshitz, Zafir Perkis, Amir Rishpon, a board member with voting rights.
Swimming Judging Committee: Elinoi Lavi (Chairman), Shlomo Feldman, Olga Shusterman, Elad Halevi, Zohar Ben Harosh.
