The 34 year old Serbian Water Polo Coach will lead the National team in Israel.
The National team didn't have any activity the last year. The main plan is to get the team back on track.

Dead Sea or Alive?
For the first time in history a team of 30 swimmers from around the world swam across the Dead Sea from Jordan to Israel, a total of 16km. The Dead Sea is the lowest point in the world (430m or 1411 feet below Sea Level). The salinity of the Dead Sea is 34.7%, the salinity in the ocean is 3.5%. Last chance for 10 Israeli swimmers to get a ticket to Rio2016 Olympic games this summer. The swimmers will have to swim under the qualifying time to enter the games. Here is the list of swimmers: On the 100 Backstroke; Guy Barnea ,David Gamburg and Jonathan Kopelev will try to get the qualifying time of 54.36 sec. On the 50 Freestyle: Meiron Cheruti, Or Sabatier and Gleb Ionichev will try to get the qualifying time of 22.27sec. Ido Haber will try to get the time of 3:50.44

1.אני ממליץ על חימום של 1.2-1.5 ק"מ, אשר מורכב בשחיית רצף תרגילי סגנון ותחושת מים וכמה תרגילי מהירות קצרים על מנת לעלות את הדופק. 2.לבצע את החימום במסלול בו תשחו בתחרות ולתרגל סיבובים וקפיצות. 3.לפני המשחה חימום יבש של 10 -15 דקות, כדי להגביר את זרימת הדם בגוף, לחמם את השרירים ולא להגיע במצב שאתם רדומים למשחה. 4.למתחרים בפעם הראשונה, ממליץ מאד לחלק את המשחה בצורה נכונה ולהשאיר כוח לחצי השני של המשחה. פתיחה מבוקרת בלי לחץ, תשאיר לכם כוח לקראת הפיניש בסוף ולסיים את המשחה בהרגשה
