A compromise between Gal Nevo and Hapoel Jerusalem

A compromise between Gal Nevo and Hapoel Jerusalem will be released from the association. The chairman of the swimming association, Simon Davidson, succeeded in bringing the swimmer back to the negotiating table.

"It was important for me that Gal returns to swim.

Despite the fact that mediation talks between the parties have already exploded, The Israeli Swimming Association chairman Simon Davidson succeeded Tuesday in returning Gal Nevo and Hapoel Jerusalem to the negotiating table and reaching a compromise agreement that will lead to the release of the Olympic swimmer from the association with which he has quarreled.

Davidson announced: "I am very happy, and it was very important for me not to give up and that the situation will not stay the same.

Very much for the history of Israeli sports and Israeli swimming, and I am sure that he still has something to contribute and give. "It was important to me that Gal returns to the swimming pool and that all parties could put this affair behind them.

The parties reached an agreement on the funds Hapoel Jerusalem owes to Gal Nevo after a compromise was reached on the issue. Nevo will be immediately released from Hapoel Jerusalem to another association, while it is not yet clear who the association will absorb him, while all the legal proceedings - both in the arbitration proceedings of the union's court and in the Labor Court - will be closed.
